Meet The Staff

Casey

Admin / Dental Assistant

Casey was born and raised in Leesburg, Virginia. She moved to Winchester in 2013. Casey joined us in 2023 and is a Jack-of-all-Trades around here! She started, and still works as a Veterinary Assistant since 2008. With goals of running her own practice one day, she graduated in 2010 from Northern Virginia Community College with a AS in Business Administration. She specializes in surgical procedures, having done hundreds of dental prophies on dogs and cats over the years. In 2016, she switched gears to Human Dentistry where she gained experience in both Pediatric and Periodontal specialties. She finds herself most at home in General Dentistry. Casey is a social butterfly and will go out of her way to make sure all patients are comfortable and welcomed.

Casey is an oddball animal lover, having adopted many surrendered creatures over the years. She has 5 cats, 2 bearded dragons, 6 leopard geckos, 1 chameleon, 1 frog, and 2 fish tanks. In her spare time, Casey likes to spend time with her husband and son, build Lego’s, try new breweries and restaurants, cook, and tend to her home plant jungle.

Kim

Registered Dental Hygienist

Kim was born and raised right here in Winchester! She has been with us since we opened our doors in  2020! She received her dental hygiene degree from Lord Fairfax Community College in 2002. Kim states Dentistry is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get. Dentistry is full of surprises!

Not too many people grew up wanting to be in people’s mouths every day, including herself. Dental Hygiene was an option for her to get her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene, and allow her to financially support her family. Kim went to school full time, while working full time and raising a 2 year old. Kim shares her story not for the pat on the back, but to inspire others. Kim works hard at all she does. Hygiene for Kim has shown her how to be determined, caring, meticulous, hardworking and to realize that dentistry comes with many great surprises. One of those surprises she holds close to her heart is the ability to put a smile on her patient’s faces. It’s all about the SMILES!
